- Remote Areas: Delivery available to all cities and towns across Nepal through trusted courier partners.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities: 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: Nominal delivery fee (free shipping may apply on selected promotions or minimum order value).
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: Shipping charges depend on courier rates and delivery location. Final charges will be shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available in all major cities across Nepal.
- Please check our Payment Options page to confirm COD eligibility in your area.
Order Processing
- Orders are verified once payment is received (or COD confirmed).
- Your items are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch update once your package is shipped.
Failed Delivery
- If our delivery partner is unable to reach you, they will attempt re-delivery.
- For COD orders, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to avoid delays.
