RETURN PROCESS

  • Conditions for Exchange: Ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and retains all original tags. It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice copy. We will only process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Shipping Charges: If the exchange is due to a fault or an error on our part, no shipping charges will apply for returning the item or sending the replacement. However, if the exchange is for any other reason, such as a change of mind, you will need to cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
