Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Nepal. For now, international shipping is not available.
- Major Cities: 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5–10 business days.
Delivery charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Free delivery may be available during promotions or for orders above a minimum amount.
Payments
We currently accept eSewa, Fonepay, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected locations.
COD is available within Kathmandu Valley and selected major cities. Please check availability during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. However, the shipping cost incurred in the process will be charged.
Lodge a return request at Returns or contact our support team at contact@bagination.com with your order details. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item).
